Packaging instructions for sending artwork abroad

The packing process to send paintings abroad is simple when packed according to the instructions of World Courier. We have experience packing thousands of customers who have successfully sent all kinds of pictures safely abroad.

If customers cannot pack themselves, they can ask our staff to assist with simple Free packing through the following 4 steps:

Step 1: Check the type of painting and the customer’s need to send the goods, what material they are made of, what size the goods are, and whether they want to send them quickly or slowly.

Step 2: The pickup team will use anti-shock accessories and add foam and airbags to prevent your paintings from moving during transportation and ensure the paintings are safer.

Step 3: Put the shockproof wrapped painting inside the prepared carton or paper tube or plastic tube. Continue applying tape all around.

Step 4: Support adding a “Fragile Goods” note to the painting so that shipping staff can be more careful during the transportation process.
